BPM Labs offers a flat rate standard shipping option to all Australian and New Zealand customers. New Zealand customers will also have the option of express shipping.

BPM Labs aims to fulfil all orders within 1-2 business days. BPM Labs does not fulfill or ship orders on public holidays and weekends. BPM Labs does not take responsibility for any delays of your order once picked up by the courier company.
Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Shipping Notes
- Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are correct. Your email and phone number can be used by the courier company to contact you. BPM Labs is not responsible if product is not delivered due to entry of incorrect shipping address.
- If a package is returned to BPM Labs due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only upon receiving the package.
- If a customer refuses to accept package, refund provided will equal to merchandise cost minus return shipping cost.
- In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, if the cost of returning the goods is more than the cost of merchandise, BPM Labs reserves the right to instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such cases, BPM labs will not refund customer.
Returns & Refunds
BPM Labs may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from BPM Labs through the Site only on the following conditions:
- The merchandise must be received by BPM Labs within 14 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.
- You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.
- Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if it was purchased through bpm-labs.com.
Shipping: Please ensure you send your items back with signature on delivery. BPM Labs cannot and will not be held responsible for any lost or missing returned itemswithout a proof of Delivery. Any items that are damaged in transit by your courier is your responsibility.
Change of Mind?
We have a 14 Days Returns Policy. Please see the requirements below:
The products must be returned within 14 days of your delivery of your item.
Please email your return request to (info@bpmlabs.com), stating your name, phone number, order number and reason for the request. You will receive a response to your request within 2 business days.
- You are responsible for all costs of shipping the item back to us, and if we approve your return request, you will receive a credit only on the product costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Refunds: Unless the goods are Defective, Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged, we do not offer full refunds under this 14 Days Returns Policy, only replacements for other goods based on the conditions above.
